Holocaust Museum Field Trip
Description:
The Sophomore English 2 students at Saint Augustine High School will take a Trip on Tuesday February 16, 2016 to the Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust. Please bring a sack lunch. The buses will depart Saints at 6:45 AM and return approximately 4:30 PM. Please make arrangements for rides for those times. The cost is $25.00. Parental Permission for Off-Campus School Activity
The student registered below has my permission to take a bus trip to the LA Museum of the Holocaust on February 16, 2016.
I hereby release the Bus Company, Museum, Teachers and St. Augustine High School from any responsibility in case of an accident while on this trip. Permission is also given to administer first aid or emergency medical treatment.
