Executive President – Christopher Erpelding

Christopher is the second in his family to attend Saints following his father. He plays varsity soccer and has been a varsity track sprinter since his freshman year and ran in the CIF State Finals last year. He hopes to continue running track in college while studying engineering and business. While at Saints, he hopes to change the culture and atmosphere between Saints and OLP.

Executive Vice President – Luke Macie

Luke is the fourth in his family to attend St. Augustine High School. He is currently the Captain of the Surf Team and has participated in varsity lacrosse. He has achieved first honors in his past six semesters at Saints. Luke hopes to continue his education studying Business Management and Marine Biology.

Executive Treasurer – Daniel Miret

Daniel is a first generation American and Saintsman. He is striving to be a leader in ASB, on the lacrosse team, the United Saints club, and the ASB Sales Team. Daniel is also dedicated to giving back to his community. Daniel has achieved at least First Honors all six semesters and once made the Principal’s List. He plans on majoring in the business and one day starting his own business.

Executive Secretary –  Matt De Frates

Matt de Frates is a first generation Saintsmen. He appreciates the raw emotions invoked by sporting events. Matt aims to bring the “Friday-night lights,” feeling to every student through photos and videos taken on game day.

Goals for 18/19:
Provide the “Friday night lights” feeling to every student through the camera lens
Bring the HYPE back  to the Pit

Commissioner of Athletics – Jeffrey Walsh

Jeffrey is a fifth generation Saintsman. He played JV basketball last year and currently plays volleyball and beach volleyball.  Jeffrey has been on the Principal’s List  since the beginning of time.  This is his second year on ASB. He is President of the new branch of ASB, the Brotherhood.  Jeffrey hopes to pursue architecture or business in college.

Commissioner of Publicity – Sergio Bermudez

Sergio is the first in his family to attend Saints, but he has an older sister that just graduated from OLP. He currently plays varsity football and track, he also played JV soccer last year, and hopes to continue his athletic career in college along with pursuing a degree in physical therapy.

Goals for 18-19:
Ensure that all Saints social media posts are engaging and memorable.

Commissioner of Communications – Andrew Goodridge

Andrew is the fourth of five Goodridge boys to attend St. Augustine High School. He is on the varsity baseball team and hopes to bring home the first CIF Championship Title for the baseball program. Andrew would like to attend and play baseball at one of the military academies.

Make video announcements fun and enjoyable to watch
Make sure every Saintsman knows what events are happening

Commissioner of Communications – Matthew Goodridge

Matthew is the third of his five brothers to attend Saints. He plays varsity baseball for Saints. This is his third year on ASB. He has made First Honors all six semesters at Saints. He hopes to attend one of the service academies and pursue a career in the military.

Be a good role model for all students

Sergeant at Arms- Gabe Mouritzen

Gabe is a first generation Saintsmen. He participates in the theater program here at Saints and in the spring he runs and jumps with the track team. Along with his theatrical and athletic involvement, Gabe also participates in campus ministry. This year he will be a part of the Big Brother program and will be a mass lector as well. Gabe spends most of his free time working on video projects and hopes to pursue a career in film production. Gabe will use these skills to produce promotional videos and assist in ASB video production. During his second year on ASB and first year on the Brotherhood, he hopes to make all events more memorable and enjoyable as well as creating at least one new event. He also hopes to bring life back to the Pit and increase student participation.

Goals for 18-19:
1) Make the Pit a memorable and fun experience for everyone.
2) Create or bring back at least one new event for the school

Commissioner of Special Events- Chris Lloyd

Being the youngest of the three Lloyd boys, Chris was born with Saints running through his blood. When Christopher came to Saints he wanted to find something that was fun, and allowed him to improve a part of the school, thus his journey to ASB begun. This is his third consecutive year on ASB, and says that he loves being at the center of the Saints brotherhood. In the future, Christopher hopes to go to college and study medicine or marketing.

Bryan Palpallatoc

Bryan is the second in his family to attend Saints, Brian’s brother graduated in 2013. He played Varsity soccer last year, and hopes to continue his athletic career in college along with pursuing a career in physical therapy.

Goals for 18-19:
Create fun and aesthetic videos showcasing our school’s events.

Luke D’Agnese

Luke is the first D’Agnese to come to Saints. He is an avid pole vaulter for the Saints Track and Field team. He also is a passionate cinephile, which led to him learning photography and moviemaking skills while also creating the Saints Film Club. He hopes this year that he can bring something new to the ASB table. He is currently interested in pursuing a career as an IP Lawyer for film and television.

Form a polished video & photo presence for Saints
Create new events for every type of Saintsman

Joseph Buzzella

Joey is the first in his family to attend Saints. He comes from a military family and has moved over six times. He will finish school at Saints. Joey currently runs varsity Track & Field along with varsity Cross Country having lettered in both sports already while maintaining above a 4.0 GPA. He hopes to run in college and maybe go into the medical field. Joey developed a passion for film and enjoys all forms of digital media. He hopes he can bring his passion and talents to the ASB Brotherhood and contribute as much as he can to a successful school year while also gaining valuable experience along the way.

Goals for 18-19
Capture the spirit of Saints through well documented videos and other forms of digital media.
 Help increase attendance and student participation in school activities through posters, videos, etc.

Colton Campagna

Colton is the first in his family to attend St. Augustine High School. He plays varsity volleyball and beach volleyball. He has also been on the Principal’s List each semester, so far. He hopes to attend the University of California Santa Barbara, where he plans to major in communications or journalism. He will be joining ASB for the first time this year, becoming a part of the Brotherhood.

Aidan Doheny

Aidan is the first Saintsman in his family’s history. He plays varsity volleyball at Saints, as well as enjoying golf and basketball. He wishes to attend the University of Southern California, where both of his parents attended, and study finance. He received the First Honors each semester he has attended Saints.

Jonah is the first of his family to attend St. Augustine High School. As a member of the ASB for all four years, he has shown his commitment to the Saints community and his fellow brothers. Other Saints activities he has been involved with during his time in high school include Soccer, Track & Field, and Academic League. Despite the challenges that arise from this rigorous schedule, Jonah has been able to earn Principal’s List every semester and also won the Villanova University Book Award his Junior Year. Following his graduation, Jonah plans to enroll in a four-year university where he plans on majoring in business and finance.

Goals for 18-19:
Make the Class of 2019 have a memorable final year at Saints.
Improve Saints’ relationship with OLP.


Daniel is a first generation Saintsman. He loves participating in every school event and going to all the school dances. He is a two year retreat leader and first year ASB member. He aims to create a senior year with improved traditions and brand new events. He wants to make history.

To plan a senior year full of memorable events
Boost school spirit like never before


Josh is the first in his family to attend Saints. He has participated in golf and basketball at Saints while also running cross country and track. Josh has also made the Principal’s List each semester during his time at Saints. This is his first year on ASB and he hopes to make it a memorable year for all Saintsmen. Josh plans to earn a degree in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Business.

Improve the relationship between the freshmen and seniors.
Make sure everyone feels welcome to participate in the Saints community


Shaun is the second Matney son to attend Saint Augustine High School. He is a varsity athlete who helped bring home the Saints Soccer team win the CIF Open Division Championship.  Shaun has made the Principal’s List five of his six semesters. He plans on playing soccer in college while obtaining a science based degree. Shaun’s favorite flavor of LaCroix is Coconut.

Angelo is the second Peraza in his family to attend St. Augustine High School. This will be his third term as class president, he hopes to create new memories for the whole Saints community. He has received Principal’s List recognition every semester and has earned his varsity letter in football and baseball. He will be attending the University of San Diego and eventually takeover his mother’s real estate empire.

Goals for 18-19:
Create a new tradition.
Improve the relationships amongst all Saints classes


Alejandro is the first Dennis to attend St. Augustine High School. He has achieved Principal’s List three times in four semesters and has been a varsity letterman in basketball.  Alex also participated in swimming last year. He plans on playing basketball in college.

Goals for 18-19:
Eliminate cliques in the Junior class
Plan an ASB event that brings gringos and Tijuanan students together


Anthony is a first generation American. He has participated on the varsity golf team for three years. He is the head of the ASB Sales Team at Saint Augustine High School. He is committed to community service, and plans to start a new club that aims at helping San Diego’s homeless population. In college, Anthony hopes to pursue a career in medicine.


Jack is the first in his family to attend St. Augustine High School. Jack is a very well rounded student. He is a varsity letterman in cross-country and track, and has achieved over a 4.0 in every semester. Outside of ASB, Jack desires to win a CIF Championship. After graduating from Saints, Jack plans on attending college and hopes to compete at the collegiate level. Inspired by his uncle, Jack hopes to join the Navy and pursue a career as a pilot.

Alex is the third Alcalay in his family to attend St. Augustine High School. He has been on the Principal’s list both semesters of his freshman year. Alex is currently playing JV lacrosse and was Captain of the team his freshman year. As Sophomore Class President he plans on creating an environment where unity, truth, and love are an element to everyday campus life. Alex is currently interested in pursuing a career as an aerospace engineer.

Connor is the first in the Brown family to attend Saints. As a freshman, Connor played JV soccer. Connor has decided to put his speed into action, and attempt to make the Varsity track and field team. He is currently pursuing a career in business and hopes to play some sport at the collegiate level.

Goals for 18-19:
Build a strong relationship with the OLP ASB
Help bring the Saints community together


Zane is the second Friscia to attend Saint Augustine High School. He currently plays for the JV rugby and track and field teams with hopes to earn his Varsity letter this year. Zane plans on having his private pilot license by the end of this year, while keeping the pace with his studies and Saints activities. He aspires to be a part of the ASB and The Brotherhood until he dies.

Stronger ASB social media presence
Be a dependable source of information regarding Saints events



Santiago Miret is the second in his family to attend Saints. Santiago has been on the Principal’s list both semesters freshman year. He has been an elected ASB officer for two years, plays football, and is part of United Saints club. Santiago wants to major in business, and one day enter the business world as an entrepreneur after college.

To have better events and more excitement at home games
