SAINTS RUGBY: Pre-season workouts will continue on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:15-3:15 p.m. as well as Friday from 1:00-2:00 p.m. We will play Touch Rugby from 2:00-3:15 p.m. or so after lifting. The first day of official practice is Saturday, November 10 at 12:00 p.m. on campus. We will also practice on Monday, November 12 from 11:30-1:30 p.m. on campus. Make sure to have your paperwork in order so you can participate. There are a number of opportunities this week to get a physical at local high schools. Anyone in need of a physical needs to see Mr. Dent.
