BASEBALL:
Attn: Prospective Baseball players... Tryouts are this Saturday at Whittaker Field. You must have all your paperwork and physicals completed, turned in and recorded by Friday at 12 noon to try out. If you have any questions , see coach da Luz. Returning Varsity and upper classmen tryouts start at 11 am, Freshman and Sophomores Tryouts start at 2:30pm. If you have not received clearance to tryout,(i.e. you have not verified that physicals and necessary paperwork have been turned in and recorded, and you have not attended the mandatory meetings to get tryout details, etc.). Please see coach da Luz by Friday at 12 noon. Go to sahs.org/baseball the morning of tryouts to confirm that the weather has not cancelled tryouts. There will be a box on the right-hand side if we are forced to cancel, click it for details. Otherwise assume we are good to go and come ready to compete on Saturday!!!!
SAINTS SCIENCE OLYMPIAD:
Help Hogar this week by playing either Guess the Winner and Score or SuperBowl Squares. Guess the winner is $5- pick a team and total final score. Closest guess wins. Squares are $10 a square. Winners for squares at end of each quarter and final score. 50% of each game goes to Hogar the rest to the winners. Stop by ASB at Lunch or during HR this week. Cash or card.

The Esports Lab will now be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm-3pm

THEATER
Saintsmen, it’s almost course selection time: are you looking for great classes to earn your arts credit?
Announcing the triumphant return of Mr. Blumer’s Technical Theater class for the 24-25 school year. Tech Theater offers hands-on experience in the building and design aspects that occur behind-the-scenes in live performance. Tech students learn the basics of power tools, paint, light, and sound design in our theater facility and scene shop.
Are you more interested in being on stage and hearing the applause? Have you had to meet with Mr. O’Beirne because you crack too many jokes in class? Take Mr. Blumer’s Theatre Arts performance class to learn the basics of acting, play improv comedy games, and earn course credit for cracking jokes!
