Quick Connection Guide

Select your device, then follow each step one page at a time.

Step 1

Step 1: Choose your device

Network name: STA-Students
Username format: first part of your email (example: JoHalo28)

Apple Devices

Apple Devices:

Select the “STA-Students” network in the WiFi settings of your device.
Enter your STA-ID in this format:

○ Username: The first part of your email, Ex: “JoHalo28“

○ Password: your-STA-password

For MacOS, you may need to enter your device password to allow “eaptlstrust”.

Select “Connect” and accept the certificate if prompted.

Android

Select the “STA-Students” network in the WiFi settings of your device.
If asked, choose the following settings:

○ Security: WPA2-Enterprise

○ EAP Method: PEAP

○ Phase 2 Auth: MSCHAPv2

CA Certificate: “Use System Certificates” then enter the domain: “rad.sahs.org” (without quotes)

○ If that doesn’t work, select “Do Not Validate”, or “Trust on First Use” (Not Recommended for security)

Enter your STA-ID in this format:

○ Identity: The first part of your email, Ex: “JoHalo28“

○ Anonymous Identity (If Applicable): Your Identity again.

○ Password: your-STA-password

Select “Connect” and accept the certificate.

Chrome OS

Select the “STA-Students” network in the WiFi settings of your device.
Choose the following security settings:

○ Security: WPA2-Enterprise

○ EAP Method: PEAP (NOT LEAP)

○ Phase 2 Auth: MSCHAPv2

CA Certificate: “Default”

○ Domain Suffix Match: “rad.sahs.org” (without quotes)

○ If that doesn’t work, select “Do Not Validate” (Not Recommended for security)

Enter your STA-ID in this format:

○ Identity: The first part of your email, Ex: “JoHalo28“

○ Anonymous Identity: Your username/Identity again.

○ Password: your-STA-password

Select “Connect” and accept the certificate.

Windows

Select the “STA-Students” network in the WiFi settings of your device.
Enter your STA-ID in this format:

○ Username: The first part of your email, Ex: “JoHalo28“

○ Password: your-STA-password

Select “Connect” and accept the certificate.

All Other Devices

Select the “STA-Students” network in the WiFi settings of your device.
If asked, choose the following settings:

○ Security: WPA/WPA2-Enterprise

○ EAP Method: PEAP

○ Phase 2 Auth: MSCHAPv2

CA Certificate: “Use System Certificates” then enter the domain: “rad.sahs.org” (without quotes). If that doesn’t work, select “Do Not Validate”, or “Trust on First Use” (Not Reccomended for security)
