St. Augustine High School is owned and operated by the Order of St. Augustine in the Province of St. Augustine, in California. Five members of the Order of St. Augustine serve as Members of the Corporation. The business and affairs of the school are managed by a Board of Directors, which fosters and promotes through programs and policies the full expression of the mission and philosophy of St. Augustine High School.
