Wednesday & Friday * 2:30 pm-4:00 pm Skills Work
Thursday 6:15 am-7:30 am & Friday 4:15pm - 5:30 pm Strength and Conditioning
Friday only Group (**Will not workout in the Mornings on Thursdays or afternoons on Fridays in the weight room - Just on-field skill work 2:45 pm-4 pm)
