Description:

The Sophomore  English 2 and AP Art History) students at Saint Augustine High School will take a on Wednesday March 11, 2015 to the  Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust and the Getty Center.  The buses will depart Saints at 6:15 AM and return approximately 6 PM.  Please make arrangements for rides for those times.  The cost is $20.00.  You will need to pack a lunch.  You will need to dress in MASS ATTIRE. Please pay and complete the permission slip online by March 1, 2015.  Thank you!  Ms. MacVay and Mr. Osberg.

Parental Permission for Off-Campus School Activity

The student registered below has my permission to take a bus trip to the LA Museum of the Holocaust and the Getty Center on March 11, 2015.

I hereby release the Bus Company, Museums, Teachers and St. Augustine High School from any responsibility in case of an accident while on this trip.  Permission is also given to administer first aid or emergency medical treatment.
