Sober Grad Night 2016

On Friday, May 27, 2016, our grads will gather at Kearny Mesa Bowl, 7585 Clairemont Mesa Blvd for Sober Grad Night 2016. The doors will open at 10:00 PM and close at 11:00 PM.  Upon arrival all students and workers will be checked in and no unauthorized persons will be allowed into the facility.  Once inside, students will not be allowed to leave before the event is over, 5:00 AM on Saturday, May 28th.

We want all of our graduating seniors to enjoy this event.  IF IT IS NECESSARY TO REACH YOUR SENIOR THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT or if a family function makes it impossible for your senior to arrive by 11:00 PM you can call LIZ MOONEY  at 619-316-2692 to make special arrangements.

Dress Code

Dress is casual. No backpacks, no large purses, no water bottles of any kind will be allowed in. All drinks including water will be provided. Graduates will be required to show ID at the door prior to admittance.

Driving to the Event

Free parking is available.  Parents and graduates are asked to consider the risk of attendees driving under the influence of fatigue after a night of little or no sleep.  It is strongly recommended that either parents drive and pickup their graduates, or if graduates drive to the event, that parents still pick them up at 5:00 and drive the graduates car home, or leave the vehicle in the parking lot for pick up later that day.

Ticket Sale Information

The ticket price of $65 includes parking, all night food and beverages, raffle, prizes, live entertainment and activities including a magician, a hypnotist, dancing, bowling and a continental breakfast.  To attend parents and students must complete the following online registration form and the "secure site" credit card information section. Graduates will be required to show ID at the door prior to admittance.

Graduates will not be allowed to participate without all information fields completed.

By selecting yes from the drop down menu titled "Permission and Release of Liability" we agree to the following statements:

My parent(s)/guardian(s) and I hereby release the Austin Parent's Association, St. Augustine High School, The Academy of Our Lady of Peace and any individual acting on behalf of the schools from any liability resulting from or in a manner arising out of any injury or damage which may occur due to our son/daughter's participation in the above stated event. We will also not hold the above stated parties responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring before or after the above stated event. Should an accident or injury occur, we hereby give our permission for our son/daughter to be treated by a medical personnel selected by the adult chaperones. We understand an attempt will be made to contact us. We also understand that if our son/daughter is unable to follow the instructions for the above activity and causes a problem that the chaperones cannot handle, that we will be responsible to come to the activity and pick-up our son/daughter. We also understand that if our son/daughter arrives intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, he/she will be held and we will be notified.
