SWIM TEAM
ATTENTION ALL RETURNING SWIM TEAM MEMBERS AND THOSE INTERESTED IN JOINING THE SWIM TEAM. The season is still a couple months away, but we are already having our first swim team meeting TODAY, Friday the 2nd at lunch in coach Oliwa’s room. Vasey Room 101. We will be meeting the coaches discussing schedules, practices, meets, team expectations and creating an interest list. If you would like to join the swim team or are interested now is your chance. ATTENTION: ANYONE PLANNING ON TRYING OUT FOR BASEBALL THIS SPRING, there is a mandatory meeting in room 331 at lunch TODAY, Friday, Dec. 2. Be on time. You must attend if you are planning on trying out.
GOLF TEAM
IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON COMING OUT FOR THE GOLF TEAM IN FEBRUARY, YOU MUST OFFICIALLY BE ON THE TEAM ROSTER. If you haven’t talked directly with Coach Isaak, please go to his room before school or at lunch in the next week to make sure you are on the golf team roster. All players must be on the roster and have all paperwork cleared to be able to do any golf activities starting in February.
HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE
LOOKING FOR MORE WAYS TO GIVE BACK TO THE SAN DIEGO COMMUNITY AFTER THE DAY OF SERVICE?? The San Diego County Parks and Recreation Department is having a holiday food drive for canned goods to support families in need this season. They are looking for donations of canned meats/tuna, canned soups, canned fruits/vegetables, peanut butter, spaghetti, cereal, rice, and mac & cheese! Go through your cabinets and bring your donations to Campus Ministry by THIS FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2ND!
SENIOR KAIROS RETREATS
ATTENTION SENIORS! KAIROS SIGN UPS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR OUR FEBRUARY KAIROS RETREAT. The retreat will take place on February 8th-10th. The cost to attend is $185, and this includes housing, meals, transportation, and much more. Please come to Campus Ministry to pick up a permission slip. Kairos spots are first-come, first-served, so sign up today! Once they’re gone, they’re gone! There will be no sign-ups during intersession, so make sure you reserve your spot ASAP!
