Dear Saints Kids and Parents, You are invited to SAINTS PHYSICALS DAY, in the new SAINTS COMMONS on Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 7:45- 9:30 am. $25 for pre-register online, $35 Walk ins/day of. ALL ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A PHYSICAL EACH YEAR.
WHAT: Saints Physical Day
WHERE: St. Augustine HS, Saints Commons, Athletic Training Room (Room 432)
WHEN: Saturday, June 3, 2017. Register online for a time slot, or Walk-in (Check in no later than 9:30 am)

WHY: ALL athletes are required to complete a physical EACH YEAR! PLEASE do not wait until the last minute, which can delay playing time!!!
What if I can’t make it to Saints Physical Day? Make an appointment with your Pediatrician AFTER June 1, 2017 and BEFORE first Day tryouts.
