1 Semester Class

This course is a semester long elective that includes strength and speed. The foundations of individual and team life activities learned during the freshmen year are reinforced. More emphasis is placed on the individual's ability to design and implement specific training methods and establishing life fitness goals.  It is part of the Saints Speed and Strength Summer program.
