St. Monica’s Prayer Group (Y)
Attend weekly Mass in school chapel on Thursdays at 7:45 AM. Group also gathers for prayer afterward. Attendance is drop-in.

Family Mass, Sept 10 (E)
Campus event and brunch is served after mass. Set up, serve, and take down.

Freshman Retreat, Oct 7-8 (E)
About 100 parent volunteers are needed in various capacities. (drivers, serve snacks, breakfast, chaperones, dinner hosts)

Grandparents Day, Feb 2(E)
Campus event. Help with flyers and mailing. On the day of the event, setup, serve refreshments, take down.

Junior Class Mass, March 23 (E)
School gym and area restaurant. Help with invitations, phone calls, and greet guests

New Parent’s Night, March 21(E)
Campus event. Assist with flyers, greet and host new parents. Set-up, serve dinner, clean-up.

Festival of Arts & Culture, May 11-12(E)
Campus event consisting of dinner on the patio and exhibits/entertainment in the gym.
For Fri and Sat dinner: solicit donations of ethnic foods and desserts from parents or local stores. Set up, decorate, serve foods, clean up.
Assist with logistics, invitations, publicity, ticket sales, decorations, intake of reservations, set-up, decorate, take down.

Sober Grad Night, June 1 (E)
Off campus event for graduates of Saints and OLP
Solicit donations of cash and gifts, help with mailings, book venue and entertainment, organize memory book, photo displays, chaperone event.
