ATTENTION SAINTSMEN! The ASB is preparing another event for the Frosh and Sophomore classes. On Friday, December 5, Saints and OLP will take over one of the theaters at the AMC Mission Valley. The movie will be the latest installment of the Hunger Games – Mocking Jay. The movie starts at 2:00 and admission is regular cost of a movie ticket. You don’t need to pre- pay – just show up at the theater and purchase your ticket. See Mr. Dent or Mr. Davis if you have any questions.

FROM FR. BOB – NEXT WEEK OUR MASS WILL BE ON TUESDAY. In this time before Thanksgiving, we are happy to have with us to celebrate our Eucharist Father Joe Carroll. His presence reminds us that, “The homeless are just our neighbors who need our help.” We thank God for Fr. Joe’s ministry for the poor and our participation in that ministry each week. Welcome, Father Joe!

THE TABLE TENNIS CLUB FALL CHAMPIONSHIP WILL BE PLAYED ON MONDAY AT LUNCH. Xavier Stonehouse, the Spring 2014 champion will play Jacob Yudiono. Come check out the action. These guys are good!!

SAINTS SWIMMING AND DIVING WILL HAVE A MEETING MONDAY AT LUNCH IN ROOM 223. ANYBODY INTERESTED IN SWIMMING OR DIVING THIS SPRING SHOULD ATTEND.

INTRAMURAL SPORTS CENTER SUPERBOWL NEWS FRIDAY NOVEMBER 21, 2014

In yesterday’s thrilling awe inspiring amazing 63rd intramural school championship game, Captain Mike Goodridge’s junior team, Hogar-Infan-Trill, overpowered Captain Josh Heid’s sophomore team, Mountain Lions 48 to 26.

The noted most valuable players for the Hogar Infan-trill’ were Mike Goodridge, Nick Heid, Tim Spencer and for the Mountain Lions Josh Heid, Noah Di Napoli and James Downey.

The game featured many great spectacular athletic receptions along with dazzling dynamic runs. The determination and sportsmanship shown by both teams was remarkable and certainly impressive.

Congratulations to the new intramural Superbowl champs, Hogar-Infan-Trill.

And congratulations to both teams, their homeroom teachers, Mr. Granados and Mr. Bachynsky, their student coaches, Matt Lloyd and Ryan Arroyo and the Lion’s coach. We owe a high degree of gratitude to the outstanding effort of the referee’s who put together an excellent game program. These sensational referees were Brandon Shaw Cedeno, Sean Coyne, Sam Flaming, and Dominic Vinti.

Basketball season opens on Monday December the first, the day we return from Thanksgiving vacation. Get your homeroom teams in to Mrs. Shaw, be the first to play. Intramural soccer begins on the first as well.
